Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your VintWire account and associated personal data at any time.
Requesting deletion
To request deletion of your VintWire account and the personal data associated with it, please contact us at hello@vintwire.co.uk .
Please send your request from the email address associated with your VintWire account where possible. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Social login accounts
If you created or accessed your VintWire account using a third-party sign-in service such as Facebook or Google, you can still request deletion of your VintWire account using the process above.
Removing VintWire from your Facebook, Google or other third-party account does not necessarily delete the VintWire account itself. If you would also like your VintWire account deleted, please submit a deletion request to us.
What we will delete
When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with the account where it is no longer required.
This may include account information, saved preferences and other personal information associated with your use of VintWire.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where this is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where information is retained for one of these purposes, it will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Facebook data
If you use Facebook Login with VintWire, VintWire uses information supplied through Facebook only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and to provide the relevant account and sign-in functionality.
You can request deletion of information associated with your Facebook Login by contacting us using the procedure on this page.
